Completing design services for design including colors, materials, furnishings, including layout placement services, and renovation consulting services with a 3rd party contractor.
30% Fee of project total.
* Restrictions Apply *
(Minimum $75,000 project total excluding design fee. Max of 3 hours of project consulting with vendors per week.
Additional hrs at $1,000 per hr dependent on final project total and written contract.)
